What has been done?
- Project plan internal to DFS and FMG, signed January 2005 Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by FMG and DFS signed 14th March 2005
- Communication plan developed March 2005
- Finalisation process definition May 2005
- Communication with airlines and publications, for example on a regional information meeting 14th Nov 2005
- System adaptations by FMG and DFS finalised November 2005
- Developing draft handbook "Airport CDM München"
Current activities
- Ongoing communication and publication activities, for example individual briefing for Airlines and Ground Handlers
- Permanent testing of system adaptations until 10th July 2006
- Participation at EUROCONTROL CBA (Cost Benefit Analysis) (all levels) development
- Evaluation of DPI/FUM trial results and measurements
What's next?
- Operational Trial Phase II for testing procedures and systems starting at 10th July 2006
- Finalisation key performance indicators
- Finalisation handbook "Airport CDM München"
- AIO/FBO publications in the beginning of December
- Requirements to future systems, especially optimising de-icing procedures
- Planned to be getting operational at 20th December 2006
