With the new Smart and Spot Repair service, passengers and business travelers can arrange for removal of minor paint damage such as stone chips, scratches or dents as well as interior damage while they are away.

Spot Repair: You can also book repairs for damage to the interior.
When you get back, your repaired vehicle will be waiting for you in the parking garage. This will save you time, avoid lengthy waiting periods at the workshop and eliminate the need for a rental car.
The service provider, Arwe Service GmbH, can offer highly flexible arrangements and accepts bookings at short notice.

Vehicle hand-over in P20, Level 06
The vehicle hand-over takes place exclusively on Level 06 of the P20 Comfort and Enhanced Security parking facility. Vehicles parked there receive special protection against break-ins and theft. Besides repairs, the airport experts offer a wide range of other services while travelers are away, such as refueling, car wash, interior cleaning or shopping. For the convenience of valet parking, simply drive your vehicle to the stopping area at Terminal 1 or 2, where a staff member will take it off your hands.
