We’re located in Terminal 1 at the Service Center (Central Area) and in Terminal 2 near the Arrivals area (all locations on Level 03). We’re here for you 24 hours a day.

And here’s how it works:
Pay a 5 euro deposit to borrow a chip card at the Internet Point and load the card with credit (minimum: EUR 1.25).
At the computer, place the card on the card-reading zone. Now you’re ready to start.
For safety reasons eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted.
Our service staff will be happy to help you with any questions you may have.
Payment is in cash (euros).
