Cancellation in case of loss or theft
If your credit card is lost or stolen, you must contact your bank or credit card company without delay.

General cancellation hotline
Alternatively, you can call the general cancellation hotline. At (+49) 116 116 you can report the loss of credit cards and other cards as well. If your card cannot be cancelled directly and immediately at this number, you will be connected to the appropriate card provider.
