Passenger screening
Before reaching your departure gate you will pass through security screening for passengers and their hand luggage. Please have your boarding card or ticket ready.
First step: hand luggage screening
Please place your hand luggage on the conveyor belt of the screening device.
Place all metal objects that could trigger the metal detector alarm (e.g. watch, large belt buckles, keys, cellular telephones, etc.) in the baskets provided for this purpose.
The tubs are provided for your jacket, coat, etc. and your laptop (open).
You can significantly speed up the process and reduce waiting times if you have these items ready as far as possible before reaching the screening checkpoint.
If any item cannot be readily identified during screening, a manual follow-up check will be carried out.
