EFM has been in charge of towing and de-icing aircraft at Munich Airport for more than 19 years. It provides punctual and economically efficient aircraft handling services. In both areas we utilize state-of-the-art vehicles and working processes. Every year we perform up to 160,000 pushback and towing operations and de-ice up to 13,000 aircraft. We also have extensive experience in de-icing under extreme weather conditions.

In the areas of towing and de-icing we work with Munich Airport Academy and AeroTech Consulting GmbH.

With our partners we offer onsite training onsite for all relevant staff categories in the form of conventional classroom training, CBT training and hands-on training.

Our training documents cover all areas classified as necessary or recommended by the AEA. They are available in German, English and Russian.

We can also provide you with qualified and experienced tractor drivers and de-icing staff, for instance in case of staff shortages, and can also provide de-icing vehicles.

In addition, we can be on hand with advice and consultation, for example through onsite studies of de-icing processes and optimization opportunities.
