Problems on your flight? Claim your rights!
If problems arise on your flight, according to Regulation (EC) No 261/2004 (entered into force on 17/02/2005), you have special rights in the following cases:
- Your flight was canceled or delayed
- You were denied boarding
- Your flight was overbooked
- Your flight was upgraded or downgraded
- You missed your connecting flight
- Your luggage was lost, damaged or delayed
