Leadership Potential Evaluation

The LPE (Leadership Potential Evaluation) is a development tool, designed to help current and aspiring leaders identify specific improvements they can make to increase their effectiveness and impact. The LPE is giving leaders a reliable measure of leadership potential by pinpointing specific areas for development and the actions to implement.

A final report includes test results and a written evaluation by an expert with specific recommendations on the focus development areas for highest performance impact

Upon completion of the training the participants will be able to:

• deliver a benchmark report for leadership potential: strengths and weaknesses

• receive a personal report with concrete tips for more success
• receive a set of leadership tools directly deducted from LPE results
• deliver a personal development action plan
