Cyber Security Training at Munich Airport´s Information Security Hub (ISH) 

Hyper-realistic Cyber Simulation Range (CSR) Training

Our 5-day intensive "CSR" training course is aimed at SOC members, CISOs, risk managers, incident analysts, security experts, "threat hunters" and "threat responders" who want to test and expand their knowledge and skills in the field of cyber defense.

In the Level 1 course Incident Detection, Analysis & Response - for IT (CSR101), (prospective) security analysts train in a state-of-the-art Cyber Defense Centre (CDC). During the exercise scenarios, they take on different roles and learn to deal with both simple and complex cyber attack scenarios against real IT infrastructures. Existing, current and new threat vectors are considered.

After completion of the course, participants will be able to:

  • understand the functionality of a state-of-the-art CDC.
  • utilize integrated tools of the complete CDC technology stack.
  • efficiently detect, assess and determine the scope of incidents.
  • enrich event information utilizing external threat intelligence.
  • perform tasks in various CDC roles in situations of stress.

Training Venue ISH

Our cyber security training programs take place at Munich Airport's state-of-the-art Information Security Hub (ISH). Founded exclusively for this purpose, the Center of Excellence against Cyber Crime features a cutting-edge training and testing infrastructure, which is fully configurable to handle a variety of possible training scenarios.

Besides theoretical training using the latest knowledge, our experienced instructors provide numerous demonstrations, hands-on exercises, and real-life simulations to help you effectively protect your organization from cyberattacks.
