Dating back to 1897 and originally from the Alps, the Zirbelstube is the highlight among the cozy dining rooms at Airbräu. Its name comes from the type of wood it is made of—"Zirbel" or "Zirbe", a special kind of pine.

The Ballonstube is a charming, rustic room featuring a large hot air balloon at its center. In the past, this space housed a malt mill, where our brewing malt was once ground.
